Engineer / contractor qualifications
Our engineers and approved subcontractors are trained drainage operatives. Specific qualifications and accreditations held by the team are available on request.
Service provider model
Service is delivered by Drainage Protection Line Ltd's own engineers and, where a property falls outside our direct coverage, by approved subcontractors working to our service standards. We are a drainage maintenance service provider; we do not operate an in-house nationwide fleet. The actual delivery method for your address is confirmed during plan set-up.
Service area
Plans are sold in selected service areas where we have confirmed delivery capacity. We confirm whether your postcode is in a service area, and what is included at your address, during plan set-up — before any payment is arranged. We do not promise service in every postcode.
